We deliver and move units; you fill it up or find someone else to help you. Professional movers can be hired to load and unload a unit if necessary.
Payment needs to be made before the unit is delivered.
If the unit is stored at the customer’s site, they have instant access. If it is stored in our warehouse, please give us about 48 hours of notice.
We have two sizes of storage units, 16’x 8’x 8’ and 20’x 8’x 8’ and do everything we can to assist you to choose the right size based on your needs.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, or Discover Card.

Most people use a 20’ storage unit for a move of a household. The unit stores the contents of about 4-5 rooms.
Most people use a 16’ storage unit when remodeling, rebuilding a garage, or at a contractor job site. It stores the contents of about 3-4 rooms.
The 24’ unit is a 10’ field office with 14’ of storage space for tools and materials.
We need about 10’ of height, 10’ of width and allowance for the length of the unit (16’ or 20’).
Most customers know their move date ahead of time and schedule their move in advance. This assures that they receive priority on our schedule.
The units are rented for 30 days at a time which provides our customers a more leisurely move. The 30 days start on the day of delivery. For example, if your delivery occurs on the 15th of the month, your 30 days starts on the 15th.
You provide your own padlock, you control access. Customers are not left to wander around in our warehouse, an employee stays with the customer to keep everyone’s belongings safe.
You can have us use your credit card that is kept on file or send us a check.
It’s best to speak directly to your insurance agent or insurance provider to determine the terms and limitations of your homeowners insurance.
The weight limits are 6,000 lbs. for the 16’ unit and 8,000 lbs. for the 20’ unit.

You do not have to be home as long as you have specified placement of the unit when you arrange your delivery.
