8 Tips to help you sell your home – FAST
It’s that time of year. You’ve got to get your house ready to sell quickly before the snow and the winter weather hit our area! Here are some tips that can help your home stand out on the market:
Tip #1: Think like a home shopper. Take a look at other homes for sale in your community – how does your compare? What does your yard look like compared to the other homes? Is your garage and basement clean and organized so potential home buyers can see the space? Compare one house to another and consider which one you would buy, if you were shopping for a new home.
Tip #2: Put together a list of projects. List ten things that need changing, finishing, or well cleaned.
Tip #3: The Big Purge. You’re not alone in your accumulation of “stuff”, but potential home buyers don’t want to see the stuff that you haven’t used in the past six months.
